I informed him that lights were on in the room which i knew i had tturned off so someone had been in the room while we were out. When we reported it to froont desk- that the latch from thee inside of the room was pulled across and therefore prevented us from entering the room, instead of assisting he responded that that could not have happpened unless we slammed the door. On our 2nd day after a long day at disney, we returned to the hotel to find that our door could not open. When we checked in one of our rooms was still not ready until around 4:30 pm. We stayed for 5 days at Home 2 Suites on Regency Dr.
